Mind Body Wellness in Los Angeles, CA
Welcome to WeHealOne, where healing is wholehearted, holistic, and comprehensive. The right therapy can transform your mind, body, and spiritual well-being. Together, we will address the thoughts and behaviors causing you discomfort, and tap into your inner resources to live more meaningfully. Change begins the moment you reach out and do something different. Our work together can help make that difference.
WeHealOne comes from the deep awareness that healing is done with other people. Whether you’re healing with a therapist in individual therapy or with others in a group, healing comes when we’re profoundly connected. This connection is the antidote to pain and suffering.
We are now accepting adult clients for individual and group virtual psychotherapy services in California. Limited space for in person therapy.
Somatic and Whole-Self Therapy for Life Transitions
You may know that something needs to change. However, you may be unsure of what to actually do next. I will help you identify what needs to happen to change, and we will create a plan for your wellness.
Whether you’re having workplace issues, feeling lost, experiencing loss, struggling with mood swings, struggling with decisions, experiencing stress in a relationship, or deciding to get sober, change can be as stressful as it is exciting and as life-changing as it is uncomfortable. While change is the only constant, it helps to know you have someone by your side guiding you along the way.
My approach to therapy is holistic and focuses on enhancing every aspect of your well-being. Our work together may integrate components of experiential learning, applied skill development, psychoeducation, body awareness, nutrition, and body/movement therapy. Through this, you can improve your self-esteem and the quality of your relationships. I am tremendously committed to my work and have seen how it positively impacts my clients’ lives. I would be honored to guide you toward accessing your inner resources of safety and well-being.
Part Process, Part Progress
Therapy can sometimes feel like a balancing act. You may start with this work with a few different goals that you want to achieve. However, you also might feel like you simply need space to share your feelings freely and without judgment. You may be curious about deepening your introspection.
All of these desires will be attended to respectfully. Wherever you are on your life journey, you deserve to be supported. Therapy offers a space that truly honors the processes underlying your patterns and the progress you make toward the goals that are most meaningful to you.
Dynamic Group Therapy in Los Angeles, California
Group therapy can be highly effective for healing. Communities offer a sense of support, validation, and relatable perspectives. Groups can also remind you that you’re not alone in facing your life challenges. My extensive experience facilitating groups has brought me immense joy, and I feel grateful for the opportunity to witness each member’s growth. While individual therapy can be transformative, it does have its limitations. Groups may offer more collective insight and a felt sense of support. For this reason, many clients benefit from a combined treatment of both individual and group therapy sessions.

Meet Heather Everett, LMFT
Hello there! I am a licensed marriage and family therapist specializing in individual and group therapy. I have had extensive experience as an executive director managing an intensive IOP and PHP program for several years. My approach to therapy is holistic, and I integrate techniques from numerous theoretical modalities, including somatic experiencing, solution-focused therapy, CBT, internal family systems, and emotionally-focused therapy. Together, we will examine the parts that brought you to seek support. I strive to balance vulnerability, empathy, and humor to help you process the hard times and celebrate the good moments.
“Healing is about caring for both the mind, body, and soul. Connecting with others weaves the fabric of true wellbeing”
